- Items must be in original boxes and in new condition and be able to be resold. Used equipment CANNOT be returned.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded UNLESS an error was made by Mountaintechsports.com in shipping.
- If "Free Shipping" was in effect on the purchase, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
- ALL items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- ****Items returned to us WITHOUT obtaining a Return Authorization # are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
